We know that this is the less pleasant part and that is why we have prepared this page for you, where you will find all the information for resolving your complaint / exchange of goods as quickly as possible.
40 DAYS PRODUCT RETURN - you can return or exchange the products purchased from us within 40 days of delivery to your address.
Your returned products will be inspected upon arrival before your refund is processed or product exchange confirmed.
Customized items are final sale and cannot be returned/exchanged unless an error was made by us. If a customized item is returned, we will not be able to accept the return unless an error was made by us (wrong size, color, wrong customization details - name/number).
For Returns/product exchange Please follow the instructions below:
1. Write a note with your order number and instructions – reason of return or what other product id/size/color you want to exchange.
If you request a refund, include your bank account number – IBAN and SWIFT
2. Ship the product together with a note to our address:

After receiving you return/product exchange, we will contact you within 10 business days. Return/product exchange will be solved with one of the following solutions:
1. We accept your return/product exchange
2. We issue a refund. Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will issue a credit to your account within 15 business days. Based on your financial
institution, it can take up to 2 to 10 business days to reflect on your account statement once your refund is processed. Original shipping charges are not
included in the refunded price if there wasn’t an error caused by us. Refund is possible only to paypal, credit card or bank account
